This ain't no game of putt putt...

I don't golf. The thought of sporting a collared shirt and one Michael Jackson white glove in the scorching hot sun just never appealed to me. The closest I think I ever got to a golf course was Mr. Divot's Putt Putt in 1973 where I almost lost my shirt in a heated match against my father. Oh, but there was the time my mom let me and a girlfriend drive her golf cart while she played and we lost control, flipped it sideways and watched in horror as her new clubs went soaring into a beautifully landscaped lake. Fore!!

So it's no surprise that I would often blush when heard the words "ball marker" and I could never understand what the fascination was with those little "grass thumbnails" - especially considering their unattractive appearance. I figured, if you're gonna invest so much time and money in a game... at least do it in style! AND if you're gonna put your logo on a ball marker (haha... red faced)... put it on one that stands the test of time. After all, whats wrong with a little quality design?

I did my homework and found some cool products that even I--a non-golfing, fashion-conscious, marketing genius--would want to have (you can thank me later). Simple designs, quality products and quick turnaround--all have a pearl chrome finish and are made of zinc alloy. So next time your company wants to showcase their brand, send them down the right course!

  1. Really enjoyed your description of golf. Ball markers have come a long way from that old penny people used to mark their spot on the green. Our photo ball markers are very popular among lady golfers and might be another cool product for you list.
